On May 4, 2023, at the invitation of ATL (Wafangdian) Industrial Co., Ltd., our company participated in the Gaoqiu Liuhe Supplier Conference. At this conference, Qingdao Sinto Machinery Co., Ltd. was awarded the Best After-Sales Service Award for the years 2020 to 2022 and received a certificate and trophy. During the period from 2020 to 2022, for the equipment of two customers, ATL-T and ATL-W, our company adhered to the customer-oriented service principle. To ensure the stable production of the customer's production line, our after-sales service department provided timely and effective responses such as remote assistance and 24-hour dispatching. We also provided quarterly inspection services for the customers. By conducting joint inspections with the customers, we informed them of the hazards in the working environment and took preventive measures in advance. Additionally, we promptly addressed any issues raised by the customers on-site. In response to customer requirements, our after-sales and design departments actively responded to customer demands, proposed improvement plans, and enhanced the production efficiency of the customer's production line, ultimately receiving great recognition from the customers.
